The Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve is always considered the "best of the best" from each year. The 2002 Reserve Cabernet is a prime example of what our vineyard can produce in a classic Cabernet vintage. It has Intense aromas of black cherry, cassis, and blueberry; with hints of cedar and cocoa. The mouth is layered with jammy flavors of plum, blackberry, and sweet vanilla. Chewy tannins lift the palate and provide an opulent finish of berry and spice. It will continue to soften and evolve over the next 15 to 20 years. |
